Call for submissions to Write Him Off.

Submit an experience or a memory of love or loss in whatever form it naturally takes (be it a story, stream of consciousness, letter or haiku) in response to this photo.

The winner will appear alongside the photo on Friday and will be judged on the following:

1) Honesty. Truth transcends creative writing.

2) Relationship to the photo. Breathe life into the photo with your words.

3) Forget guidelines. Just give me some damn good writing.
